We know kids love to tell their parents what to do. By teaching them about good driving skills, we can make sure that the message goes home to adult drivers in the household.

The MaineDOT asked students to design a road sign that tells motorists to pay attention and slow down in Work Zones. Seven regional prizes of $200 each were awarded. The public voted for the grand prize winner - $1,000 for the class to use on a field trip or any other classroom need.
